Since Shawn is too freakin' scared to actually register on the forums, I've decided to post his video project from his Advertisement class on his behalf (not that he asked me to or anything. Come to think of it, I don't think that's something he ever would do.)
His group decided to make mock commercials for the Elephant Bar resturant (partially because one of his group members works at one so he was able to get permission to film on location.)
So Shawn wrote up scripts, asked me to help film and edit, and after a couple days of filming and one day of editing, voila.
So yea, here's some info:
The first one is called "Takeout" and is about buyer's remorse. Shawn plays both the buyer and the takeout box.
The second one is entitled "Bachelors" and is about bachelors being unable to cook. One of them dies. This one stars (some dude) Frank as the first guy, myself as the dead guy (fucking hell, I was only supposed to be cameraman but one of their group members flaked out), and Shawn as the cook.
Finally, the third one is called "Screaming" and is about a search for better-tasting food. This one stars Shawn as the hungry guy and (some guy) Benny as the Elephant Bar worker who really worked there. The screams were to be dubbed in later (as to not disturb neighbors/resturant-goers with repeated blood-curling screams) but Shawn lacked the lung-power for any screams longer than 6 seconds. I ended up dubbing both the 14-second scream as well as the 8-second scream for him.
Okay well, below are all three.
